Egg Hunts
Ages 0–6: Hunt starts at 9:30AM (lineup at 9:25AM) on the grass—back half, just like last year.
We’ll have 0–3 lined up on one side and 4–6 on the other to kick things off.
Parents: there will be over 1,300 eggs for this group. No need to “assist” with collecting—we’ve got it covered.
Ages 7+: Hunt starts at 10:00AM (lineup at 9:55AM) at the play structure area—same setup as last year.
All eggs will be set out ahead of time, so both areas will be fenced off. 0–6 stays on the grass, 7+ stays in the play area. If we see anyone trying to sneak into the other zone for bonus eggs… just know we have whistles, megaphones, and full confidence in using both…

The Epoca Marketing/Events girl (yes, the blonde one running around who plans/executes all Epoca events) has HAND-STUFFED all 3,000+ eggs. Since January. Please be nice to her—and remember, she is not the HOA, just the one making sure your kids have the time of their lives. She’ll have three helpers onsite to keep things moving and everyone where they should be.
